Bogdan Bucura
Technology leadership & engineering strategy
A software engineering executive and fractional CTO with more than 25 years of experience, Bogdan connects architecture, teams and delivery decisions to measurable business outcomes.
As CEO and co-founder of Clarisoft, he grew the organization from 2 to 85 engineers. His work spans healthcare, insurance, financial services and marketing, including programs for the World Health Organization and the European Commission.

Mircea brings 25 years of experience spanning software engineering, team leadership and business operations, supported by a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
His career includes software engineer and team lead roles at Nortel, Motorola and Freescale. He also served as Clarisoft's COO for more than 15 years, bringing an operational perspective grounded in years of technical work.
